We love this little restaurant! The food is amazing. Favorites include chicken parmigiana, Alfredo linguine with shrimp and lasagna. We always bring home leftovers as the portions are more than enough for one. My husband loves the pizza as well as lobster ravioli. We enjoy Hubert’s sweet Marcella too. Service has always been good and they understand if we need time to enjoy a glass or two. We make a point of going 3 or 4 times a month. We love this little gem!

This place is a gem, don’t let location fool you. We have been coming here for almost 6 years since moving from California. We’re a bit particular of good food, and every time we dine in here it feels as though the Mimo family cooks just for us. We have our go-tos. Hubby likes the Tomato Basil Pasta. My go to is the Seafood linguini. I personally also think they have the best calamari ever. It’s light. Not overly breaded or greasy. The marinara here is delish, I’ve heard three people tell me they could drink it by the jug _ Portions are sufficient for one, not family style to share and have all these leftovers, which I personally like. Having worked in a New York-style Pizzeria for approximately 4 years myself, I do opine that their pizza here (at least cheese and cheese pep options) are 10/10. Prices are also very fair. If you like a clean portion of Italian fare locally, (we’ve tried all the other options around)... we highly recommend Mimo’s.

When we came here we were thinking it was going to be a basic pizza place. Wow we were wrong! This is an amazing Italian restaurant with the best pasta dishes! They have great pizza and calzones, but their pasta is definitely where they shine. The sauce isn’t too sweet or salty either, but you can tell it’s homemade which really does take it to the next level. The wife and I were just looking for a pizza place; but now we’re on a mission to try every pasta dish they have on date nights! Also, make sure you leave enough room for their Tiramisu, you’ll thank yourself that you did.

Mimo’s just keeps getting better! They recently renovated the entire inside—fresh paint, charming decor, and a warm, inviting vibe that feels brand new while still keeping its cozy charm. But the real showstopper is the new patio! It’s the most quaint outdoor dining spot in town. With hanging plants, market lights, and overhead fans to keep you cool even on a hot day, it feels like you’ve stumbled into a little bistro in Rome. Of course, the food is still the star—crispy, cheesy pizza made with fresh ingredients, mouthwatering pasta, and garlic knots that are dangerously addictive. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making every visit a great experience. Whether you’re a longtime local or just passing through, Mimo’s is a must-try in New Albany.

The best locally owned Italian restaurant around. When you walk in it’s a quaint little restaurant, then when you sit down and order they bring complimentary garlic knots with homemade marinara sauce. The caprese salad is delicious and so are the pastas! Will definitely be coming back!

This place is hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the amazing aroma of freshly baked dough and perfectly melted cheese. The staff are super friendly, fast, and know their menu inside out. The pizza? Out of this world. The crust is the perfect balance between crispy and chewy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh and generous. Whether you’re into classic Margherita or something loaded like Meat Lovers or BBQ Chicken, they nail it every single time. Prices are fair, portions are satisfying, and the vibes are just right — casual, clean, and cozy. I’ve been here multiple times and it never disappoints. If you’re a true pizza lover, this place is a MUST.

You’d be silly not to indulge yourself with this authentic Italian food. We wanted Italian last week but had such a long week we did not feel like cooking. Eggplant was fried and seasoned with perfection, noodles cooked exceptionally well, the sauces all made with love, salads were crispy and fresh and the calzones were a bomb of flavoring. Local spot with an absolute ton of love cooked right into each dish.

We came for a Sunday lunch after church. We always order pizza for carry out (spoiler: it’s delicious) but have never dined in. The manicotti and linguine Alfredo were both delicious.
